Inserting posts

If need be anytime in the future, is it possible for the moderators to insert an extra empty post after the original post in a thread?

Like if some wants to organize an art thread by having a archive of links on the second post to save room on the original post for other things. But this person did not reserve the second post, so he/she wants a post added between the other posters and his/her original post. Is that possible?

Sheriff: Not really no. I mean, technically, there is a way*, under the right conditions, but it isn't usually possible and it's a real pain. So, I'd advise said poster to just edit the information into the first post or, ideally, plan ahead and reserve a second post.

*(a devilishly clever way that I am quite proud of myself for thinking of)
