Wait, actually, just saw that I botched the damage roll for Skewer's unarmed strike. Should be a d4 instead of a d6.

Actually in case of ties, as a general rule, highest modifier wins.

Unless modifiers are equal, in which case the reroll occurs.

Edit: Hang on, I'll find the quote.

Edit 2: Can't find the general quote, but there's a specific one in the grapple rules:


In case of a tie, the combatant with the higher grapple check modifier wins. If this is a tie, roll again to break the tie.


When a ref comes along he can confirm this, but either way: good match, it was quite fun.
