If one were to build a two weapon throwing build and wanted to use the Rapid Shot feat, would they get two extra attacks? (One extra attack for each hand) or (One extra attack for main hand and thats it)? Thanks
Rapid Shot gives you one extra attack per round, period.

Rapid Shot is a Standard action to use IIRC
Wrong. Almost any time (seriously, like 99% of the time) you get multiple attacks, you have to take a Full Attack action.

Rapid Shot is a Standard action to use IIRC, but getting to use dual-throwing requires a Full Round action to strike with both attacks, so no, you cannot use RS with dual throwing.
You may be thinking of Manyshot, which indeed is a Standard Action but unrelated (beyond having RS as a prerequisite).

I might be thinking of Manyshot instead.
EDIT
Yup, I was thinking of MS...

Also, right out of the SRD:

Rapid Shot [General]
Prerequisites
Dex 13, Point Blank Shot.
Benefit
You can get one extra attack per round with a ranged weapon. The attack is at your highest base attack bonus, but each attack you make in that round (the extra one and the normal ones) takes a -2 penalty. You must use the full attack action to use this feat.
