Thrown Item build questions

So another thread got me thinking...

So a Halfling with Grenadier and Mad Alchemist and Shaped Splash...

Anyone have things to make a thrown item build super hot?

I was thinking MT. But what about other feats, items, ideas in general?

Did they ever 3.5 the pyromaniac feat?

If you don't use halfling (or use some kind of size enhancement trickery) you could go for the hulking hurler PrC.

You should try to get some kind of throwing weapon that has the returning enchantment (as well as some others).

Not an optimal idea - but monks can use flurry of blows with monk specific thrown weapons.
