the clumsy bard

I am currently in a game and have gained a cohort.
The cohort is going to be ECL 16, but depending on story elements might end up being ECL 21. This being because I have a template for my character that I will lose in the upcoming game and it will give me back 2 levels to add to my character, which will allow me to gain a new epic feat, so I will more then likely take epic leadership.
The build so far is
Male elf
Wizard 3 / Warlock 3 / Eldritch Theurge 10
I have currently not taken any feats for the character as I have no experience playing a warlock or an eldritch theurge for that matter.
The race is unfortunately unable to be changed as the cohort is a current character in game that the DM is letting me rework.
The abilities I have to assign are the following:
13, 18, 12, 15, 9, 15 with 4 stat boosts
I figured stats would be:
Str 9
Dex 15
Con 13
Int 18 ->22 after the ability boosts from levels
Wis 12
Cha 15
I have read the post compiling good choices for warlocks on feats, but most of those apply directly to the warlock and not a caster as well.
Overall I am looking for suggestions for
1) Feat selection
2) Warlock invocations
3) good spells to use with the class abilities of the Theurge. I have already thought of a spellblast with an antimagic field being very useful as well a shivering touch greatreach blast.
4) If I have a chance to increase the cohort to ECL 21, should I progress the wizard side and if so what are good synergy prestige classes? (thought of legacy champion or uncanny trickster to *increase* my levels of eldritch theurge, but they both seem like odd choices, and legacy champion would be hard to accomplish as I would have to find the cohort a legacy item.
5) In terms of specialization for the wizard side I am stuck choosing between Necromancer (for flavor and story purposes), Conjurer for overall usefulness and Abjurer (because at this point in the game the more dispels I can have around me the better.
Overall I am looking for some very sound advice and friendly suggestions.
Anything 3.5 and 3.0 is available to be suggested my DM allows most things, he only bans the broken things.
Thanks in advance
