Am I doing this right?

Ok, so I need to size up a med creature to gargantuan for a pathfinder game, and I'm a little confused and want to know if I'm doing the stat changes for Str, Dex, Con and Nat armor. So if I'm doing it right, it should be +32 Str, -4 Dex, +16 Con and +14 nat armor, is this correct?

Seems correct. Don't forget the -8 to AC and attacks though, as well as the increased reach.
