Races with telekinesis?

What it says on the tin: are there any classes or templates that offer telekineses? Or any other way to get telekineses except for the wiz/sorc spell?

This is because the 'master of the unseen hand' prestige class looks fun, but I don't want to spend a lot of time getting 10 levels of sorcerer (or 9 wizard levels) to enter a prestige class that gives you no spells and a d4 hitdie (but, strangely enough, full BAB) for five levels.

Ghosts can use telekinesis at-will.

There's ghost (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/ghost.htm) and then there's this (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/rings.htm#telekinesis). Ghost can be gained gradually (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20040117a) and not necessarily all at once (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/sp/20030824a), so it's playable from a relatively low ECL.

I'm looking at the Deep Imaskari stats here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20031003b), but I don't see anything about that. Perhaps you are thinking of another human subrace?

As the class itself mentions, Githyanki get TK. You have to use the MM 1 stats instead of the XPH ones, though, as the latter combines kind of funkily with MotUH.
