Posting this because Dracnomicon is very unspecific with how the feat works, and what a lvl 20 druid can turn into.

Thank You for any help

It allows you to turn into any Small or Medium creature of the Dragon type, so long as it would also fit any other restrictions (such as the standard HD limit for wildshape). The epic version (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/feats.htm#dragonWildShape) doesn't have the same size restrictions, but that's a surprise to nobody, I hope.

From the SRD, here are the forms allowed by the feat as written:
Black: Very Young, Young, Juvenile
Blue: Wyrmling, Very Young, Young
Green: Wyrmling, Very Young, Young
Red: Wyrmling
White: Very Young, Young, Juvenile

Brass: Very Young, Young, Juvenile
Bronze: Wyrmling, Very Young, Young
Copper: Very Young, Young, Juvenile
Gold: Wyrmling
Silver: Wyrmling, Very Young, Young

Edit: Looked through Draconomicon again, found a couple more forms, aside from the more exotic flavors of the standard dragon: Plains Landwyrm and Faerie Dragon (doesn't do age categories like other dragons).

Wildshaping into dragons is generally pretty sub-optimal, as dragons have VERY high HD for their challenge ratings.

On the other hand, a dragon itself is generally under-CRed, if anything.

Dragon Wild shape is a very nice feat, and I got lots of use out of it in our old World's Largest Dungeon campaign. Most people look at a dragon's claws and breath weapon first, but these aren't anywhere near its most powerful abilities. A druid dragon at level 12 can do a reasonable amount of damage with the feat, but if all you want is DPS you're better off with something like a Dire Bear.

What Dragon Wild Shape gives you that the animal forms don't:

• Senses: enhanced low-light vision plus 60-foot blindsense
• Defences: a high Natural Armour boost that stacks with all your other spells
• Mobility: flight at a ludicrously high speed of 150 feet, which lets you travel 600 feet in a round with a run action
• Immunities: a useful package of standard ones, plus a choose-to-taste elemental immunity which can be adjusted depending on what you're fighting.

Not as good as Shapechange of course, but not many things are - besides, you get it five levels earlier, it's harder to dispel, and it's much less likely to get banned.
