You can always play a Warforged. They have Immunity to poison, sleep effects, paralysis, disease, nausea, fatigue, exhaustion, effects that cause the sickened condition, and energy drain.

The MM3 living construct info in the glossary doesn't list "the sickened condition" part, but the Eberron Campaign Setting book does.

I believe there's a feat that negates the sickened condition in Cityscape, but I can't remember the name of it right now...

Strong Stomach. Knocks it down by one step, so all nausea becomes sickened and all sickened becomes nothing at all. Needs Endurance as a prereq though.

It's a little easier for druids, who can acquire Strong Stomach as an alternate class feature in exchange for Resist Nature's Lure (see here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20070228a)). A pretty good trade, unless you're in a fey-heavy campaign.

Chewing ginger usually helps. :smallcool:

Isn't there a spell in Races of Eberron that bestows construct traits on the recipient? That's another temporary solution, in the form of a buff.

If you're worried about Stinking Cloud, or any other inhaled effects, just use a Necklace of Adaptation.
