If I were to go Warblade 10 / Eternal Blade 10, do I retain the ability to trade out maneuvers at even levels while taking Eternal Blade?

This obviously applies to any of the initiator prestige classes, just thought I would give an example.

Thanks in advance.

You get just what's stated in the prestige class. Eternal Blade lets you learn new maneuvers and stances, but that's got nothing to do with your prior martial adept class abilities except in so far as they help with your prerequisites (initiator level and whatnot). If you want Warblade capabilities you'll need to take more Warblade levels.

No, you do not. Personally, I houserule it so that you get to swap that at every even Initiator Level rather than just level, but RAW you do not. I think that the swapping mechanic is an important part of maintaining initiators' balance and versatility (because otherwise you're looking at one maneuver per level), and you should not lose it when prestige classing.
