No clue, but I did a little research for you.

The video notes "Ji Chun Hua vs Yue Shing Wai", and while that phrase only brings up the same video - with same title - "Ji Chun Hua" gives me this link (http://wiki.d-addicts.com/Ji_Chun_Hua) which looks a bit more helpful.

Unfortunately, I'm not finding any "Yue Shing Wai", either on that website or through Google searches. That website did, however, have a Yu Cheng Hui (http://wiki.d-addicts.com/Yu_Cheng_Hui), and he looks very similar to one of the wuxia actors in your video. The two names aren't very similar, although sticking Yu Cheng Hui through a bad chinese translator might result in the name change.

If you're curious, you can see what TV series each has participated in. It looks like both actors have been in four series together - Shui Hu Zhuan, Secret of the Linked Cities, Ma Ming Feng Xiao Xiao, and Seven Swordsmen. That sounds like a place to start looking, at least.

[Edit] Also check the movies in the second link. It looks like they were both in The Shaolin Temple movie, at least. I haven't looked at them all.
