[3.5] Using scrolls or Minor Schemas without needing free hands

As the Thread name suggests is there any way to use a scroll or Minor Schema without needing free Hands to do it(It would be helpful if it didnt involve anyone besides the "caster" himself)?

Alternatly is there a way to store a schema again after using it which doesnt involve any actions besides free ones, or just dropping it to the ground?

It would be ok if the solution involved something like a wand chamber or a similar modification to a held weapon.

You can start from the Caster's shield (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Caster's_Shield), and adapt the idea.

Or a creative use of an unseen servant.
