Sorry to bother you again guys, but running my 3rd campaign isn't going all that smoothly :smallsigh:.
Yesterday I asked for suggestions about river-based encounters and got a lot of helpful input, thanks for that!
However, now that my first actual encounter started (it's land based) I've run into a different problem: I can't find a good program to make encounter maps (It's a PbP game).
I know that stonesword is a good world map generator, but does somebody know a (preferably free) program that can be used to create encounter maps?
