Are there any spells that will clean the air in a room of mundane and magical poisons/smells?

Gust of Wind works in a limited fashion. If you are the only one who needs to get through, then Neutralize Poison, or some polymorph abilities will keep you safe for a while.

Most of the "cloud" spells, such as Cloudkill, as specifically similar to Fog Cloud (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/fogCloud.htm). That means that any wind greater than 21 mph causes them to disperse, even if the wind doesn't blow the fog anywhere. This means you could aim something like Gust of Wind at a blank wall and still get rid of the magical fog, even though physical fog wouldn't be blown anywhere.

Here are the spells (and one psionic power) that I found which can easily manipulate wind.
Gust of Wind (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/gustOfWind.htm) (Sor/Wiz 2, Druid 2)
Wind Wall (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/windWall.htm) (Sor/Wiz 3, Cleric 3, Druid 3, Ranger 2, Air Domain 2)
Control Winds (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/controlWinds.htm) (Druid 5, Air Domain 5)
Whirlwind (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/whirlwind.htm) (Druid 8, Air Domain 8)
Control Air (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/controlAir.htm) (Kineticist 2)

so if a cleric cast wind walk and ran in circles at about 21 mph... they would disperse the poison?

Good catch. Wind Walk (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/windWalk.htm) allows you to create a magical wind that can blow you along, which would be strong enough to disperse the magical clouds. Physical gases would not automatically disperse, regardless of how fast you make the wind, but you could still push them around.

Note that unless the DM allows you to create this "magical wind" anywhere, you'll be at the front of it and will be subject to the gas's effects. You will spare others from the effects, though.

For reference, 21 mph = 90 feet per round.

Casting delay poison (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/delayPoison.htm) on people makes them immune to poison for the duration. At hours per level, it's a good buff to start the day with.

Kind of. The poison still hits you once the duration is over. It's a good way to deal with the poison for now until you have time to grab your fix-it later. Still, when you have hours it's often trivial to at least find an NPC to pay or use scroll or prepare neutralize poison the next morning even since most poisons don't kill you.
