I know there's a long thread for requesting homebrew somewhere but I went five pages back and still didn't find it. So rather than being a necromancer I'll just post my own thread.
If anyone has any extra time on their hands, I would like to see a 3.5 pure debuffer base class. A full spellcaster whose list consisfs only of spells designed to hinder, but not damage, his enemies. Save-or-sucks, as well as touch spells and rays, with at least a few creative class features.
I would prefer a spontaneous caster, no preference on arcane or divine. Flavor would be very appreciated but is not necessary. I do not want a utility caster or any out-of-combat spells. Please post your own thread so it can be PEACHed and praised without this annoying post distracting from it and just reply in this thread with a link. Thank you in advance!
