reserve feats and skirmish dice

I'm playing a scout//wizard in an upcoming gestalt game and planned on using the reserve feat acidic splatter as my primary "weapon" and wanted to make sure that the skirmish dice would add to the acidic splatter.

Yes, it does, if you qualify for skirmish. The skirmish dice are in acid damage too.
