Planar Druid Dal Quor Question

It says its inhabitants are the Quori. I'll be frank: what are the Quori and which book can I find stats on them (if I'm thinking about this correctly, with knowing me I'm probably not...).

Quori are outsiders from the plane of Dreams, Dal Quor, they are intrinsically tied to Eberron and a such they are found throught out the Eberron books, I think secrets of Sarlona has the highest amount of Quori in there; but I am not sure

The Eberron Campaign Setting has the Tsucora Quori. Magic of Eberron has the Tsoreva and the Dream Master(Usvapna). Secrets of Sarlona has the Hashalaq, the Du'ulora, and the Kalaraq. These are the only sources of Quori I know, unless you go into homebrew.
