Dragonborn Warforged

Reading the Warforged in RoE, it is difficult to see which of their traits are granted by type/subtype, and which are granted by race. Is there a good list somewhere of what is kept/lost when undergoing the Rite of Rebirth?

Also, do they gain the Humanoid type as it indicates on page 8 as well as retaining their original type as it indicates on page 10?

If I remember correctly, they remain Constructs with the Living Construct and Dragonblood subtypes. They lose their racial features, but not the features granted by the Living Construct subtype, so it retains most of its features.
