I'm looking to find a "by the rules" price for a couple itens:

An at will item carrying an equivelent to a cantrip and the same thing for a lvl1 spell. Item can be triggered by anyone.

Same thing but item works like a wand (so you need to have the spell on your list or UMD checks)
