So, let's say we've got a warlock with the disembodied hand and hideous blow invocations. He's also got improved unarmed strike and two levels of bloodstorm blade. Can he chuck his hand at people to do unarmed strike + eldritch blast damage?

That's the kind of thing that I would let fly... once. It's good for a laugh, but as a DM, I would have to ask the player to remake his character into something far more legal & far less ridiculous.

Could you use the eldritch claws and disembodied hand together.. That'd make a good visual as well..
