dread necro advanced learning-good 4th lvl necro spells

So what are the best options for an 8th lvl dread necro to pick up with advanced learning. So far Undead leuitanent, wrack, and stop heart are sticking out as likely candidates, but does any one else have any thoughts?

Forget the 4th level stuff and grab Shivering Touch out of Frostburn. No save dex damage that can be used with Spectral Hand and the touch attacks you get from the class? Yes please.
