"real" images of OOTS characters

I love the art style of oots, it is a great for conveying the plot, but sometimes i think "(name of thing) seems a lot less (threatening/unique/ugly) when it is drawn that way", and i thought it would be intereseting do find some "realistic" images, if only for an "oh, thats interesting" sort of reaction.
