Question about reporting user's avatar/signatures

I'm wondering what the procedure for reporting someone with an animated avatar or a sig that exceeds size limits is- do I PM a mod, or report one of their posts with that as the reason?

Generally the advice is to report a post and mention it's for the avatar/signature. It's much more efficient to report than PM a mod, as every moderator can see reports.

Troll Patrol: Indeed, reporting the post and listing the avatar or signature as the reason for the report is the most expedient method to let the moderation staff know about it.
