Does a character who's paralyzed or unconscious still get a Reflex save? Common sense says no, but - oh, drat, that's another catgirl dead.

Any citations in the rulebook would be appreciated.

Check the entry for dexterity (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilities.htm#nonabilities)

Just what I needed - paralysis knocks Dex to zero. Thanks.

This is Pathfinder (Insert kicking something into a pit here) so the equivalent link would be here (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/basics-ability-scores/ability-scores#TOC-Dexterity-Dex-) (Yeah, okay, admittedly it's nearly identical, but rules are rules). That said, the more relevant entry would be Paralyzed (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/conditions#TOC-Paralyzed) and Unconscious (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/conditions#TOC-Unconscious). (As well as helpless (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/conditions#TOC-Helpless), which a character with either condition becomes.)

That said, Pathfinder isn't my bag, and maybe the books say something different, but I don't immediately explicitly see a line stating that you lose your ability to make reflex saves at 0 Dex (though, the fact that Reflex Saving Throws are defined (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/gamemastering/combat#TOC-Reflex) as one's ability to dodge does kind of make the implication). Thing is, even if you do get to make such throws, you do so at a -5 due to 0 Dex.

The entry for Deterity Hirax linked to above says that you autofail reflex saves at 0 dex.

Why it's there instead of in the entry for Saving Throws, I don't know, but at least I have my answer.

The link Hirax provided is out of the D20 SRD. While it and Pathfinder have a lot of things in common, they are still two different systems, so you're using rules from a different game. You do not expect a D&D 3.5 Wizard to cast Magic Missile an unlimited amount of times per day because he can do so in D&D 4.0, and a 3.5 Dwarf can become a Paladin even though he couldn't in 2nd edition.

Compare, for example, the Fighter (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/classes/fighter.htm) entry to the Fighter (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/fighter) native to Pathfinder. As you can see, the rules are quite different here.
