Intimidate, Demoralizing, and Mind-affecting

Would Mindblank protect a character from the demoralize aspect of the intimidate skill? Is all fear "mind-affecting" in the true gamesense?

I was trying to find an official rule or passage to support this, but couldn't.

Per the SRD, Shaken is a fear effect, and per the link, all fear attacks are mind-affecting fear effects.

Therefore, anything which grants immunity to mind-affecting should protect against it.
