Thread title not updating

So I have my homebrew thread here: http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=188503
At the time the thread was made, my username was dire weasel. Since then my new username is dire reverend. I changed the topic title to reduce confusion, however it does not update the title anywhere except the first post (so when I look at my subscribed threads or the homebrew forum, it still says dire weasel)

I know this is low priority, but I just wanted to point it out, or tell me that I fail at forums and then show me what I did wrong (I request you actually use the words "You fail")

The thread name is 5 months old, the only way to change such old names is to beg moderators to do it. You can only change up to 1 month old names.

You can use the 'report' function on your post to request a title change. The moderators have said they are happy for the reporting button to be used for housekeeping type tasks as well as reporting actual infractionary type things.
