Sword draw lightning strike

Hello, I was trying to figure out how one would put the skills and feats together to allow a character to perform the draw and lethal strike in one attack without taking a level of Samurai?

Factotum. Iaijutsu Focus.

Right, that stuff is a skill. Either take cross class ranks in that skill (most classes), or have that skill as a class skill and just take ranks in it (ie, Factotum).
