Heirophant Build w/ Mystic Theurge Optimization

Looking to optimize a build that would go something to the effect of ---

Druid 3 / Wizard 3 / Mystic Theurge 2/ Arcane Heirophant 10/ Something 2

or possibly

Druid 3/ Wizard 3/ Mystic Theurge 4/ Arcane Heirophant 10

My question is which of these would be best (if the first, suggest the prestige) and what feats/Spells(moreso feats but spells are helpful too) would be good to get the most out of the build

Let's neglect TOB / anything that would be considered cheese (and let's not make this thread about TOB),

iirc, the two low-cheese optimized builds are:

Druid 5/Wizard 3/Arcane Heirophant 10/Druid +2

-and-

Druid 3/Wizard 3/MT 2/AH 10/MT +2


The former being the stronger druidic build, with better wildshape and companion familiar. The latter provides the strongest spellcasting possible without utilizing EE or double-prestige cheese.
