Image Scrubbing

In the "Realistic OOTS" thread, I believe that this image (http://fc03.deviantart.net/fs17/f/2007/132/3/6/Belkar_Bitterleaf_by_Inkthinker.jpg) got scrubbed without explanation. I'd like to post the rest of this guy's stuff, but I don't know why it was removed so I figure I'd better not. Can I get a reason, please, or else permission to post the fanart?

I'm not a mod, so my thoughts aren't official, but I imagine it's because it utilises the Giant's artwork in the background, which is not allowed...

Sheriff: Indeed. Please don't take, alter, or use The Giant's artwork without permission. That includes comics, parts of comics, other images on the forum, etc. Fan art is great, but it should be the fan's art without using Rich's work. Even the characters are covered, though Rich has authorized some uses in the Fan Comics section.
