My vote goes to 662, for Xykon again showing who is in charge of Team Evil.

I have to go with 662, another awesome speech from Xykon. It was this entire Darth V sequence where I thought Xykon went from a good villain, to an awesome one.

And every time I read that comic I can't help but think bonus points if he somehow manages to shove the other into the eyeball.

Eh, I could see how some people could maybe have a hard time deciding from 661 or 662, but it's seriously no question whatsoever for me. 661, hands down.

That's tough. Roy coming back was a huge deal, but my vote is for 661. I love the bond that O-Chul and MitD have formed and MitD teleporting him out from under Xykon was epic.

Sigh. Another tough one. Eugene's lack of scruples, Roy's resurrection (!!!), Xykon's Epic Rant ("more eyes than a**holes" Heh.), and MitD's "Escape!".

Hurts me to do this, but 661 it is.

661- second to last panel. Xykon blowing up the entire room with his burning magical rage.

Pretty much as expected, with 661 pulling away for second on the second page and 662 having a bigger lead over the others than expected. The surprise is that 664 seems to have gotten the same number of votes as 663. "Distant fourth" indeed.

The next group of five contains a bunch of talkative strips that pretty much create a cooldown period. 669 might be a dark horse for its philosophical musings, but the presence of Celia will be a wild card. 667 has enough character development to garner a few votes, which 666 doesn't really have. But 668 and 670 will be runaway favorites for their plot importance; I expect 668 to win with 670 the only other strip with a shot or even likely to keep it close.
