Privateer Press's new game: Level 7

All that has been announced is that they are releasing a new sci-fi thing called Level 7. They show a big heavy grudgy blast doors. A PP rep Matt Wilson says "planned several games around it" and that it will be a hot new property.

That is all that is released so far. I being a fan of Sci-Fi and PP WarmaHordes game am hoping for their play on sci-fi miniatures game.

Anyone heard anything else? They interested in a game that might go toe to toe with 40k?

Judging by the comments posted there in response to the name, some post-apocalyptic setting seems likely.

I'm sort of interested. I don't really feel the need to get into another game, but anything science fiction deserves looking into simply because it's different from what I usually play, which is all fantasy and/or steampunk stuff. And none of the available sci-fi games are much to my liking. There just always are one or two things that put me off.

For similar reasons, I'm hoping for a game roughly on WM/H's scale - something between true skirmish style and huge battles. Another skirmish game would have to be amazingly good to get me away from those I already play, and something near the scale of the Warhammer games would just be too expensive to get into.
