I was wondering if this was good?

Looks good to me; I suppose the question is if you intend to pick up casting or maneuvers to give it some offensive power?

It took me a moment to realize that what I originally thought was your signature, was the character.
You should add in the alignment of your character, it is actually relevant when it comes to building incarnates.

If you are using PB, dump Cha and put another point in Int. It will help you more than 11 Cha will.

Sorry lawful neutral and supposedly the beatstick of the party
we are not using point build.
we are only allowed the books:
PHB PHB2 the "complete" books and Magic of Incarnum.
reposted stats due to sig change:
Nebiros/human
Str 17
Dex 11
Con 18
Int 13
Wis 11
Cha 11

Does your party have a Skill Monkey all ready? If so, switch Int with Wis (not that it matters much) and switch to Azurin.
Take Power Attack and its Azure brother around levels 3 and 6, then use the rest of your feats on stuff to improve those two (along with Expanded Soulmeld Capacity).

Well, going lawful neutral also gives you decent beatstick abilities, so yeah you can easily switch between skill monkey and off-fighter. Just remember, you are an off fighter and def not a tank -- you can help out in combat, but you don't want to get stuck surrounded by enemies.

Well, an Incarnate has a huge HP reserve comparable to Crusaders or Barbarians, but I agree on the "don't get surrounded" advice.
