I read on the forum there is a PrC that let's you add a mental stat bonus to your AC while you are still wearing armor, does anyone know what I am talking about?

Swordsage lets you wear light armor and apply your wisdom to your AC? I think wearing the armor is actually a requirement.

There's also a psionic class in Races of Stone that somehow combines psychic abilities with armor. Not sure about the details.

That is the "RAW" interpretation of the text.

Most GM's won't force you to wear light armour to get the bonus though, because it's silly.

Arcane duelist PrC adds cha to AC, even if you are wearing armor or not

X stat to Y bonus (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=125732). This thread should be helpful. In short:

Factotum 16, Iaijutsu Master 1, Ascetic Psion feat (requires Monk/Psion), Carmendine Monk feat (requires Monk), and Kung Fu Genius feat (requires Monk) will add INT to AC.

Saint (+2 LA template), Dragon Warrior 2 PrC, Mantis Mercenary 5, Monk, Ninja, Unarmed Swordsage, Moon-Warded Ranger 2 PrC, and the Monk's Belt item add WIS to AC.

Being Incorporeal (usually), Arcane Duelist 2, Battle Dancer PrC, Mystic Wonderer PrC, Paladin 2 substitution, Ascetic Mage feat (requires Monk), Divine Shield feat, and the Sirine's Grace spell add CHA to AC.

iron mind? yeah, it's kind of weird. d10 hit die with 3/4 BAB, how often do you see that? a lot less than d12 with 1/2, to be sure!

It's not uncommon for psionic classes - Soulknife and Divine Mind, for example.

Soulknife is clearly a class that Paizo made up (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/classes/soulknife). I also think it's a Psychic Warrior alternate class feature. :smalltongue:
