The Giant hints at a mystery fifth level in his FAQ. That thing is five years old and some would have likely reached this level. I am curious to know what it is. Also, are there any higher levels? I see many trolls, titans, ettins and firbolgs all of which are tougher than ogres. Are they all custom title or what? Please.

The level goes up by post count, currently Titan is the highest it goes. The FAQ is hideously out of date, none of that information can be relied on. Custom titles are for mods, admins, and the Giant himself.
