Early Entry for Skill-based PrCs?

Is there a way to get more than CL+3 ranks in a skill in order to enter early into prestige classes with a skill rank requirement?

primary contact is least cheesy and gets one extra rank for one level, then becomes a waste of two feats.

or get shapechanged into a barghest and feed on some stuff, then psyref you *existing* skill points into the skill.
