Hybrid Rogue/Incarnum

Is there a Homebrew PrC that hybridizes a rogue-y sneaky stab stab class with one of the Incarnum classes?

When I say "hybrid" I mean a column that says "+1 meldshaping" somewhere in the entry. None of that Umbral Disciple nonsense. XD
