{PF} Monster summoning

Hey guys, I am just wondering if there is a suicide bomber esque monster that you can summon?

by that I mean something that blows up/explodes when killed?

this is for Pathfidner, but.. it is allright if you give me a 3.5 monster that does the same thing.

Balors (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/demon.htm#balor) have the Death Throes ability, and I know some other monsters do too, but I can't remember them off the top of my head.

This probably won't accomplish what you are looking for, in the way you are looking for it, but the Alchemist can put bombs into a mindless or willing creature that go off at death.

There is a feat in Savage Species called Death Throes that elementals can take. It deals elemental damage plus a status effect IIRC when the elemental dies.
