I wish those were sold over here.

Now you can make a D&D drinking game.
Fill them 1/10th booze 9/10th some colored non-fizzy drink.
Every time the character drinks a potion the player does as well.

Though for me those are still too large to be potion-bottles.
On the other hand, they look so nice.

Thanks.

And yeah, they are a bit big, but I imagine filling.

Hey, that's about the size and shape I've always imagined (and fluffed) potion bottles to be, whatever the books say :smallwink: They look really cool.

Sadly, those aren't sold over here either.

Cure Mod Light. Less Taste, More Filling.:smalltongue:

I always imagined them being a like a test tube with a cork in it. These are rather cool, though the energy syrup they once contained is just ick.

A bit more expensive, but Think Geek has "health energy potions". The bottles are smaller, so its something you could actually chug in one "round". Watch out, as they pack 160 mg caffeine, though obviously you could re-fill them.

$19.99 for a six pack of 1.69 oz bottles @ http://www.thinkgeek.com/caffeine/drinks/b472

I've had them at my local comic store.

They are down-right nasty. :smallsigh:

You could just dump the liquid down the sink and save yourself the trouble of drinking it.

Ideal. Dump the liquid ick out and refill the potion bottles with tastier poisons.

Its not much more expensive than other mini energy drinks. We ain't talking fizzy Kool-Aid here.

Keep in mind that nothing which comes in units which are approximately equal to a "shot" (using USA measurements) is supposed to taste good. You can take shots of good-tasting things if you like, but anything at that size should be judged by effectiveness alone.

Yeah, except for, well, shots. (http://www.drinksmixer.com/cat/3/) I do not know if you are of age, but quite a few shot measured drinks are quite delicious, even some that are a single ingredient. Sambuca (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sambuca) for instance is delicious if you like anise.
Besides, the ones I have seen, with literal thousand percents of various vitamins are just a waste, as your body generally flushes the excess.

I've had a couple shot-measured drinks. I find them even more distasteful than other drinks (albeit only marginally). However, I agree that excess vitamins are incredibly stupid. You can't store them up like you can calories. They'll go away in a few hours whether your body uses them or not. And your body will not use much more than 100% of its daily value in a few hours.

The only thing I do shots of is Skyline chili (ideally, with mustard licked from the wrist and a handful of shredded cheese as a chaser), so I guess I'm not terribly qualified to speak on shots, but those people I know who do shots tend to agree that you down it quickly for a reason.

What is Skyline Chilli? The Google referred me to a chain of restaurants that does Cincinnati chilli, among other things. I never heard of the latter either, but looking up the recipes it sounds pretty darn good.

It's about what it looks like. It is a slightly thinner (though not by much) form of chili which is ideal for spreading on other things (i.e. hot dogs). It is just the right viscosity to be able to do shots of without making it so thin that it won't stay on top of what you spread it on. As far as taste, it is okay.

Non-Skyline chili of the same variety (which I suppose is called Cincinnati chili) is about the same, but with Skyline, you're guaranteed that the flavor is at least enjoyable, though perhaps not mind-blowingly awesome by any stretch. Still, it'll work with anything.

And the method of doing shots that I described is super-awesome, but it's not common by any stretch. In fact, my friend invented it less than a month ago. But it's super-awesome nonetheless.
