I seem to remember some correlation between True Dragons and Epic Feats, but I can't find any evidence of it anywhere. Can someone explain this to me?

Wait does this means there is no ambiguity on whether Dragonwrought Kobolds, can qualify for epic feats?

The ambiguity comes from the line "... Age category Old or Older can qualify for Epic Feats." By technicality, Kobolds have age categories too and one of them happens to be called "old", so the argument springs forth.

There is no technicality, in page 39 of Races of the Dragon, table 3-2 Kobold Age cathegories, and they are the same as normal dragons, so apparently by Raw a Dragonwrought Kobold of at least 41 years, can select Epic feats.
