Could I get my thread renamed please?

Apparently I waited too long for...something and the thread name won't change any more even if I edit the original post.

Sure thing. A poster can't change the name of their thread after a certain amount of time has gone by, but the moderators can change it at any time. Typically, using the report function is the fastest and best way to get our attention for something like this.
