I'm building a villain. Not just any villain, but a villain who is as close to his deity as possible. He will be the BBEG for my party. He will be 20th level. Here's what he is so far:

Race: Aasimar Chosen of Bane
Class: Favored Soul

Is there a PrC that Bane-Like and has full casting? Maybe an Ordained Champion refluff?

Dreadmaster in Faiths and Pantheons is tied to Bane, it is also quite strong.

Oooo... Dread Master is scary strong. Maybe with a 3 level dip into Ordained Champion of Bane (Gauntlet kinda sucks as a weapon unfortuately), he could be scary vs. the Players
