Topic. I found this (http://dungeons.wikia.com/wiki/Kyton,_Lesser_(3.5e_Race)), but it seems a little broken at LA +1 (or maybe it's not, dunno. Comparing with Goliath).
Or maybe some good variant. I really just like the idea of being clothed in chains and controlling them and stuff.
EDIT: I also know of the 2... whatchumacallits that let you advance to a full Kyton as you gain levels, but am not interested in those. They seem incredibly underwhelming.
