Suggestions for filling a hole left by WoTC

Well, I'm trying to plan out a campaign where the main goal is centered around Kyuss, the Worm that Walks, from Elder Evils. Now, I've been going through my sources and searching online and I can't seem to find any kind of 3.5 stats for Emikirol the Chaotic, who happens to be mentioned as part of one of the suggestions for the plot of this particular Elder Evil's setup. Has there been a stat-up for Emikirol for 3.5? Should I just bite the bullet and stat up a wizard/sorc of an appropriate EL? Or has anyone here found a suitable substitution for this particular part?

Because that's about the only place I recall Kyuss related material being discussed.

Kyuss is also one of the Elder Evils, in the book of the same name.

And I couldn't find him anywhere in it, no.

not sure, if your emikirol is in it, but perhaps you could use the path as a base.

It says he's a wild mage. Since the paragraph mentioning him says EL15(strong sign) I'd say he's probably level 15?

And he isn't in there. I checked with the online Paizo file of the adventure path.

Worst case scenario, since the dude is a Sorc/Wildmage, it seems like it would be simple enough to simply create a Sorc/WM that has an appropriate spell list. If you want an appropriate spell list, PM me with some facts about the character, and a list of available sources, and I'll post you back a spell list.

I'm not sure if there were ever AD&D stats for Emikirol; the only place I remember him from is that one image (http://www.fierydragon.com/img/02.jpg) in the Dungeon Masters Guide.

I'd go with a wizard with a lot of metamagic on a Scorching Ray spell. And a Phantom Steed.

Googling it gives this (http://apaladinincitadel.blogspot.com/2010/06/emirikol-chaotic.html), AD&D stats from, apparently, Monte Cook's Paladin in Hell.

Maybe you could convert those?

If you can get your hands on it, fecrunching him as a Chaos Mage from Encyclopedia Arcane:Chaos Magic, might help. That way all you have to do is give him 15 levels in a base class.
