Is there any sourcebook with information on how much a simple house would cost? I'm planning on taking leadership and I would like a place to store my cohorts and followers so they can craft items for me; I don't plan on taking them with me while we're adventuring. Level 6 with 13000 gold right now.

Check the SRD or the DMG. Basic house should be around 1,000 go (with a manor costing 5,000 gp).
