Lets say I wanted to create a "Bleach" style character. I'm not super big on the anime, but I've seen a few interesting episodes.

I like the pull a weapon from hammerspace or whatever, and the nifty psedo-magical things the captains pull.

What class(es) would you suggest in 3.5(.75)

Maybe a Magus from PF, with the archetype that grants an intelligent weapon? That would cover one of the gish-type shinigami.

A Bleach D20 (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38291) conversion was made on these forums if your interested. Perhaps you could talk with your DM about porting one of it's soul reaper classes into 3.5e?

Depends on which character you want to emulate.

If it's, say, Jyuushiro, then a standard gish build would work.

If it's Zaraki or any of his company... Warblade or Barbarian, those fight happy nutjobs.

Hey has anyone see the pathfinder Psywar? Does it have soemthig like this built in?
