Jace Beleren sat in his room, reading a book and enjoying the quiet. He was focused on the page in front of him, the book was getting good. The princess was about to be married to the evil king when the heroes (including the young guard who had secretly loved the princess and had gathered the others to go on a quest to save her) burst into the church's halls. This was it! The final battle! Jace was on the edge of his seat, when a loud bang from outside caught his attention.

Jace hesitated, his tie to the fantasy severed. There was another loud sound from outside his window. He sighed, and threw the book down, forgetting to even mark his page as he walked over to the window. He took a cautious look outside and saw a strange light shooting up from the ground. It rose towards the sky before shattering and sprinkling lights all around it, accompanied by a loud bang. It was the same sound Jace had heard before.

Jace smiled to himself, leaning against the wall. "So it's started, huh?" he whispered, to no one in particular. The festival always crept up on Jace, he was often too busy at the church to notice or care that people in the streets were getting ready for it until it was too late. The Festival of the Sun was an exciting week-long event that celebrated Ra, the god of the Sun. Jace worked as a paladin at Ra's temple in town, but he didn't often participate in the group sermons led by the pastors or clerics. Like most of the other paladins, Jace practiced his faith in private. Still, the festival was a fun time to be had. As great as his book was, it would be waiting for him later tonight when the crowd went to sleep. He grabbed his cloak and headed for the door.

Stepping out into the night brought a shiver from Jace. It was chillier during the autumn months, but still a very pleasant temperature to be outdoors. He watched with interest as the wizard drew back his hands to cast another spell. He greatly enjoyed their displays of power, often called fireworks by the villagers, but known to Jace and other spellcasters as ray of fireburst. The explosions themselves almost resembled the very sun they were praising, as if to assure the villagers that even after the sun had set, Ra was still watching over them. Jace smiled to himself and walked onward.

He had somewhere to be, after all. The paladins always celebrated the festival by putting on a display of their own for the crowds. Jace had a small role in this, as he had declined divine magic training in order to focus his magical energies on the arcane powers that slept within him, but he still had a great ability to channel positive energy, and that kind of healing was necessary during the festival, when the height of the town's spirit was only matched by how drunk they all were.

Trinity Lupine-

A silvery figure rocked lazily in a hammock, Platinum hair rustling in a breeze. Trinity didn't sleep of course. But she found it amusing to pretend. Close her eyes, and daydream or practice forming visuals in her mind using only the other senses. It helped of course, that her Sensors were some of the most advanced on the market. Someone approached. She relaxed her jaw, parting her lips, and slowly breathed somewhat heavily.

"Miss?" The voice pattern was a mixture of low, gruff notes and shy, nervous reserve. She opened one eye lazily and yawned. It was a small, stout man, Dwarven apparently. He wore thick boots, leather pants, and no shirt, but a leather vest somewhat covered the hardened muscles from a life of work. A miner it seemed.

"Hm? What is it, I'm busy here" Trinity lied, somewhat, She was perfectly busy in her on mind. Imagination was something most of her kind could only mimic, so she didn't take it lightly that she could daydream.

"I was told I could find you here. Your the Silver Spirit?" He said. 'Silver Spirit'. One of the many commoner superstitions believing her a some lesser divine being, who embodies Silver, and by extension Purity and Protection. Save one commoner from a wild lion and suddenly your some fictitious creature. A Normal human in such situation would simply be dubbed a hero to the family of the would-be victim. but no, have shiny features and suddenly your a myth.

Trinity sighed. "Yea" She replied.

"I, I mean We, from my town, were wondering if you could aid us. Theres seems to be a curse most foul about. Corpses keep appearing around the town, and in the surrounding forest. Only no one knows who they are, they're obviously not from anywhere in the area for sure. We think it may be an omen of disaster ahead." Trinity thought about it for but a second, literally.

"Let me get this straight" She said, rolling over to sit over the hammocks edge. "You want me to travel who-knows where because your finding corpses of people you, or anyone in your town knows?" She looked at him quizzically.

"Yes... Silver Spirit. Its disturbing the children when they may wake up and a dead body is lies at the foot of your bed. Every day, theres a new corpse in a random location. Or, we don't see any pattern at least." He started to sound desperate. "We can pay you for your services, of course". Trinity looked back on her schedule.. She hadn't done anything for some time.

"I think I can remove a few items on my to-do list, Whats the payment?" She said.

"We gathered some donations for a reward. I brought a keg of gunpowder, two pistols, a cutlass, thirty Stones and a fine horse from my father's stables. He's known around town to be quite the breeder".

"Alright, I'll do it" Trinity decided. She'd have done it for less, if not just to break the boring routine.

Jace walked into the temple, which was quite full. The clerics and paladins were lined up, performing holy miracles for the crowd. Some of the members of the church weren't quite pleased that the clerics used their divinely given abilities simply to entertain the public, but they weren't too loud about it considering the clerics only did it for one week a year. Jace was always interested in divine magic, even though he himself had turned his back on it.

Divine spells were a lot different from arcane magic. Less flashy blasting and more empowerment and healing. He watched as one cleric called forth gallons of water from thin air, while another summoned a celestial wolf and dismissed it just as quickly. Then it was time for the Strength contest, which was always funny. A group of contestants, mostly strong men from the village, but a few proud and stubborn teenagers got up there as well, who all braced themselves and tried to resist as a cleric sent a gust of divine wind their way. Tonight, none of them made it. Jace jumped out of the way quickly, just in time to avoid getting knocked back by three burly farmers who hit the wall of the temple. He laughed to himself. Jace was having a good time.

He walked over to the men, who weren't that badly injured, and calmly pressed his palms to their bodies. A soothing light emitted from his hands and started to repair their wounds even before the bruising had finished.

Silver in hand, "Weepstones" they named the coins, Trinity went back inside her rented room and dawned her gear. A long coat of black and blue, with plain black trousers and boots that went halfway to her knee over her pants. She didn't bother with a shirt, she had little to hide anyway. Instead she just kept the coat buckled up. Belts adorned the outfit, which carried her four, now six, pistols with the powder horn, and her weapon of choice "Witchlight".
Finally it was time for some adventure. She grabbed her hat on her way out and made way to the stable where he was told a horse would be waiting for her. So it was. Trinity looked it over, she could probably fetch 100 Mournpieces for it, and fifty or so Weeptone for the saddle. It was large, and stood over the other horses by at least three feet.
Trinity stepped into the saddle, it was marked with the words "T'puuli Athiyk". She wasn't familiar with the language, but she knew T'puuli was "Silver" in three known languages, so she could only assume Athiyk was "spirit". The horse was indeed the one promised.
Trinity lead it out the gate and rode on toward the Town of Rokafell.

As the healing light from Jace's hands lit up the room, a booming voice sounded over the crowd. "Well, well, if it isn't Jace Beleren!"

Jace stood, turning to meet the recognition. The man who had called him was Ser Marshall Walters, the Knight-Commander of the paladins of Ra. He walked over to Jace, the crowd parting for him quickly. Ser Walters was a big man, over seven feet tall and weighing around 300 pounds, most of it muscle. He looked down at Jace with a smile, clapping his hand on the smaller man's shoulder. "Shall we give the crowd a bit of a show?"

The crowd immediately roared its approval. Jace sighed and raised his hands placatingly. "Alright, alright!", he agreed, turning to face Ser Walters with a bit of a sarcastic smirk. "You know, I'm not even on duty tonight", he pointed out drily. Ser Walters laughed. "I'm sure your book will be waiting for you when you get home, huh?"

A fighting ring was prepared on the back wall, and a young recruit that Jace hadn't met yet stepped up eagerly. Jace entered the fighting ring, raising his hands and facing his opponent. Ser Walters raised his hand. "The rules are simple! The Sorcerer is limited to arcane techniques only, while the paladin may only use divine magic! Physical contact is forbidden! The first to surrender, loses!" He paused for dramatic effect, glancing at both Jace and his opponent. Both of them gave Ser Walters a slight nod. Ser Walters turned and faced the crowd. "Let the match...begin!"

Jace was ready, and immediately thrust one of his hands forward, throwing a scorching ray at the boy. From his bare fist, a red hot beam of fire erupted forth and headed right at Jace's opponent, who took a step backwards and then let his hands glow with divine light. The crowd gasped as the paladin seemingly made no move to defend himself, but at the last second, the paladin brought down a glowing hand, chopping the ray in half. The magic dissipated and the entire crowd gasped.

Jace was visibly stunned. His mind searched for a possible explanation, but he was too surprised to think straight. Fortunately, Ser Walters wasn't. "And Jace starts off the match with a vicious blast of fire, but our young challenger Sai deftly repels it with a counterspell!"

Hearing that, Jace steeled himself. Right, counterspelling. It was more common among divine casters, and Jace himself had never bothered learning how to do it. It took too much concentration for him. He'd rather be shooting fire, personally.

Jace took a step back, resuming his stance. This fight was just beginning.

It wasn't the fastest horse, but what it lacked in speed it made of for with power and endurance. Still, she was faster and didn't tire at all. When she left the city she soon deposited the creature in a small village where she sold it. It was a great horse, she didn't dislike it. but most mounts weren't for her. The point of one is supposed to be to travel faster, and do so less tiring. When your faster and don't tire at all it rather defeats the point. So Trinity sold mounts that came into her possession before she can grow attached.
Horse gone, display of leaving on the horse for the dwarf's benefit behind her, she ran off on foot after starting up her PsiEngine. Her skin parted in places forming patterns that glowed from inside. They released energy that if she were a normal BioReplica she'd be able to manifest psi-like powers, being awakened she possessed a mind of her own so it only served to amplify her existing capabilities. Still, She couldn't control the PsiEngine from starting when ever she tried to obtain Psionic Focus. She could manifest some powers normally without it, but something about the focus itself made the PsiEngine activate. She didn't care really, but it seriously killed any normality and broke her little fantasies that she was a living creature after all. It also was something of a question raiser when others were around. No one here could identify her as a synthetic from it, but anyone could still tell it wasn't natural.

She arrived at Rokafell sometime that night. Her glow was starting to stand out and she approached the town's gates at a more reasonable pace without the speed boost from her focus. The gates were closed tight and there were no guards on duty she could see.
Undeterred, she climbed the wooden wall. Small nano-claws extending from the tips of her fingers even as a small gravity core generated a personal field to further advance her climbing.
Within seconds, she was over. The small walk way built into the wall was empty and the town quiet.

Jace pulled back his hand and conjured up a ball of fire. The crowd gasped as Jace lobbed it forward. The paladin named Sai started to charge his fists again, but this time when he attempted to stop the ball, his magic fizzled and the orb smashed him in the chest.

Sai flew back, almost exiting the ring, but stood his ground, looking up at Jace incredulously. Jace was already forming another ball with his hand. "No one counterspells Jace Beleren!"

There was a loud clapping coming from the audience, and Ser Walters was emceeing again, "Incredible, Jace has somehow managed to avoid Sai's counterspell! How will Sai respond?"

Respond? Jace was already ready to finish this. He shot another orb aimed right at Sai's face. Sai was able to dodge the spell, and charged forward, slamming his fist into Jace's face. The necromantic energy emitted from Sai's fist, decaying Jace's life force instantly.

Jace panted. He wasn't nearly as stoic as Sai. He didn't think he could take another hit like that. Jace moved around behind Sai, and fired another scorching ray point-blank into Sai's back. Sai fell to the ground, and didn't get back up.

Before leaping down, she walked the length of the wall to observe inside, and out, of the town. There were no lights, not a problem for her, but the lack there of spelled trouble. She kept an eye on the outside of the wall as well. The sinister forests shook in the wind, dark shapes were sometimes seen in the tree line.
Even at night there should be some people about, or at least light leaking out from windows. Trinity could see Streetlamps near what appeared to be the mainstreet, but none of them had been lit. She finished her circle of the town sometime later, being made of plastic compounds and metal you wouldn't think she could get chills. but she, being one of the most advanced BioReplica of her time meant to simulate humans, she had a nerve web making her feel just like any other human if not more acutely, and being awakened to make full use of them she felt the slight chill signaling that hinted that something wasn't quite right.
Trinity leapt down from the wall, carefully absorbing the impact as to make as little noise as possible in the painfully quiet town, and made her way to investigate the closest old timber frame inn. One of the places that should have some of the most activity, usually.

Sai was down. Ser Walters stared for a moment, trying to process, before announcing, "That- That's the match!"

There were whistles and cheers from both the villagers and the paladins alike. After all, no one really cared who won, everyone felt safer knowing that such powerful warriors were protecting their city. The guys all headed over and patted Jace on the back. A few of them moved to help Sai to his feet, but Jace stopped them.

He held out his hands, channeling some more healing energy into Sai's body. Sai opened his eyes and Jace smiled. "You're pretty good. Almost had me backed into a corner."

He offered Sai his hand, which Sai took, and got to his feet. He didn't let go of Jace's hand. Once he was on his feet, he shook the hand firmly, before letting his other hand glow and channeling some of his own positive energy into Jace's chest. Jace breathed deeply. The inflict spell had harmed him pretty well, but Sai's healing magic matched his decaying magic pretty well. Jace felt like his old self again.

He threw back his head and laughed. "Alright, so, which one of you lovely ladies wants to buy the winner a drink?" he asked the girls in the crowd. There was a cheer and people started rushing to get both men a nice glass of ale. Jace sat down and joked with his friends. He had a good life, here in the village. He wouldn't have traded it for anything in the world.

The inn was just as quiet as she expected. Not a soul was about it seemed. What got her though was the layout of it all, food still on plates that didn't look more then a few days old. Some less durable fruit was starting to rot, but otherwise there weren't even insects to pick at the slabs of half-eaten meat left on the plates in the Inn's service room. Silently, She made her way up the stairs, many beds were unmade as if someone up and left them and the servants never made it. She couldn't help but rummage through drawers and chests. Lots of clothes, but nothing interesting and nothing to hint at what happened.
After she'd cleared the rooms in the top floor she moved to the storage. The musky damp room seemed prime for mold, and spoiling of food, thankfully the only stored items weren't food, just bottles of wine and other supplies. She heard a crunch sound from behind one of the shelves and turned the isle to investigate. Two figures were hunched over the corpse of another, ripping into its flesh. The two were rotting themselves, and the victim was still moving, but was also partially decomposed as the others. She knew plenty of stories of the Undead, she'd never met one herself though. And where she came from there was no such thing. She wasn't quite prepared for such a sight. She quickly ducked back out of view, back against a wall and gripped her blade, Witchlight, in one hand and drew a drew a pistol in her other. Calming her mind she listened for a moment, steeling herself for a surprise. The crunching and tearing noises had stopped. Apparently they noticed her. pushing from the wall she activated Witchlight, the silver hilt extended out into a blade of blue light, and aimed her pistol ready to fire. But the three figures were no longer there.

Jace woke up the next morning, rubbing a sore head. He had only had six ales last night, but he was a bit of a small guy and didn't hold his liquor as well as most his age. He rushed to the bathroom and vomited for a good seven minutes before he finally got up and washed his face, brushing his teeth and getting in the shower. After he was awake and inside the shower, it occurred to him that this wasn't, in fact, his house. Huh. Weird how everything was still in the same place though.

After he stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around his waist, Jace stepped back into the bedroom to look upon whoever had taken advantage of him last night. It was a cute redhead girl who looked like a total angel while she slept. Based on the scratch marks on Jace's back, he wasn't convinced.

Jace was normally more polite than this. Normally he would never have just walked out on a girl after she opened up her home to him, but he didn't even know her name. So yeah. That would be awkward. Instead he just decided to be the bigger man and save them both the humiliation by getting as far away as he could before what's-her-name woke up.

Jace opened the door and stepped into the light, which almost blinded him. It was already midday, and the hot sun was not helping Jace's headache. "Thank Ra I don't have to actually read a book to prepare my spells like those nerdy wizards do," Jace mused to himself. The thought of cracking a book open and reading Draconic right now did not appeal to him at all. His brain was so scrambled he bet he'd throw up again if he just tried reading a sign in Common.

"So what now? Oh right. A destination. Hmm...guess I'll head over to the temple and see what the damage is." And with that, Jace turned and headed to the Temple of Ra.

Trinity felt an icy chill run down her spine, or the equivalent here of. She felt her Core start to pulse faster in response to the spike in emotion as she put her back to a wall and inched closer to the spot they were at moments before, readying her blade to strike at any surprises.
She reached the spot. There were no exits, no where they could have fled, whats more there was no indication to verify what she saw. No blood. No pieces of flesh. She considered herself a very logical person, that she'd start seeing things wasn't something she'd admit.
Trinity knew of stories of powerful creatures in this world. This place, where the universal laws of her own world meant nothing. Perhaps she was dealing with a creature unbound by them. Her mind tried to puzzle out reasons, but all she could do was grip her blade tighter and make her way out of the dark depths of the cellar.
If she didn't find anything elsewhere, she'd have to come back to further investigate this happening.

Jace walked up to the temple of Ra. It was usually pretty majestic, but when he was this hungover it just looked like a really big building. Jace covered his ears and opened his mouth, taking a deep breath and yelling at the top of his lungs, "I'M HOME, GUYS!"

The temple shook and there was a loud collective groan, followed by several barely audible death threats. Jace grinned to himself and strolled towards the temple. As he moved to open the door, there was a voice from behind him. "Excuse me, sir?"

Jace turned to see an older man looking at him with despair in his eyes. "Please, sir, my home requires the temple's aid."

Jace gave a sideways glance to the men inside. They were all very hungover. "I'm sorry, but the Temple of Ra is currently engaged in the Festival of the Sun, as you know..."

The commoner frowned. "I am aware of the Festival, but surely the temple can spare a cleric or two? This is an emergency!"

Jace sighed and let go of the door, stepping towards the man. "Please, tell me what's happened. But I can't promise the temple's support."

The man nodded solemnly and explained. "You see, there has been a blight. Even the land that the sun touches has turned black. It is possibly the work of evil!"

Jace forced himself to hide his shock. This was indeed very serious, and there was no one who could help. "Very well. Unfortunately, this particular task is not exactly this temple's department, and as I mentioned, the Festival of the Sun-"

"You would abandon-" "I didn't say that,", Jace interrupted crossly. "I only meant that the clerics who can treat this kind of evil can be found in the Southern Temple, across the swamp."

The man smiled excitedly. "But that's...that's where my village is! It's across the sea after the swamp, but the swamp is on the way there!"

Jace nodded. "Stay here. I will go prepare to escort you to the Southern Temple, where we will recruit one of the trained clerics to save your village." Jace went home, getting a few possessions together (including his book), and came back. "This cannot wait. We leave."

Jace would have been a little afraid of this whole situation, if he wasn't divinely blessed against fear. He felt, in the pit of his gut, that he should be scared or worried, but he just couldn't will himself to it. Instead, he was determined. This had to be done. In the name of Ra.

The creatures were somewhere. She didn't know where. Perhaps they shared some form of invisibility, the thought made it worse. She closed her eyes for a moment and gathered her mental energies, her skin splitting smoothly into the little trenches of light. She made her way back up the short flight of stairs into the main floor of the inn. Something was amiss. She couldn't place it, but something felt off. Was it just her new focused outlook? Trinity exited the inn, out to the dark night. Clouds had gathered, the previously clear night was masked by dark clouds that already swallowed the stars.
She heard footsteps to her right and turned sharply, pistol in hand, but what ever it had been was nothing more then a shadow ducking behind the inn into the ally. Trinity gave chase, by the time she turned the corner it was yet another shadow is it turned another corner. How was it so fast? Trinity knew no one faster then her. She ran ahead to meet the same sight. It was fast, but she didn't tire. She wondered if the runner could boast the same.

Jace walked outside the village's parameters, longbow at the ready. The old man, who had introduced himself as Koslun, followed timidly but gratefully behind him. Jace knew this part of the forest would be filled with animals, and he wasn't going to take any chances of getting mauled by bears. Bears are crazy.

Jace walked into the forest, gravely assessing the situation. With just a glance around, he saw there were some tracks left by a large predatory animal, and when he concentrated, he could hear a growl coming from behind him. Jace sighed and thrust his hand back. "Stay behind me! This could get ugly!"

Koslun grimaced and nodded. The brown bear emerged from the trees, snarling. Jace cracked his knuckles and smirked, his eyes shining blue from under his hood. "Let's see how much heat it takes to char a brown bear black."

The bear lumbered forward and swung a powerful claw at Jace. With just one swipe, he knocked the wind out of Jace. Panting, Jace dropped to his knees, before snarling and jumping back, raising his finger and firing a blast of heat into the creature's eyes.

The bear howled in pain and started to back away, not sure how to process this, but definitely not liking getting pasted in the face by fire. Jace smirked and stood his ground, calling up an orb of fire and lobbing it at the bear angrily. The bear was scorched, but now it was more angry than afraid. It rushed forward, lobbing another paw right in Jace's face. It scratched the surface of Jace's force-armor and Jace breathed a sigh of relief, thanking Ra that he had thought to cast mage armor on himself prior to leaving the city.

The bear wasn't looking too hot. Or well, no. That was a bad choice of phrase. The bear was definitely looking hot, but not well. Jace smirked and fired another ray of heat forward. The bear growled just once more, before falling to the ground in defeat. Jace panted and walked over to the bear, firing one arrow into its head to make sure, and then slumped up against a tree. He wasn't cut out for this, not by himself.

The "Shadow" was always one step ahead, always just turning the corner when Trinity came into view no matter how far or short the distance.
Trinity smiled as the 'shadow' turned down an ally she knew to be a dead end. She rounded the corner in time to see it disappear out of view over the roof. Normally one might get mad or give up, but Trinity wasn't one to tire. Plus it helped when one was adept at climbing. She up'd the wall easily to see the figure leap a building. It was the first time she got a good view of it. But she was disappointed. It was just a typical dark cloaked figure for now.
She ran, and kicked off to jump as well, landing easily on the roof of the other building and continued the chase.
Many jumps later she finally came to a halt when the cloaked person stopped abruptly at the edge of a particularly tall building. glancing around slightly, keeping it in her sight, she noticed that it was in fact the tallest building, the Church. They stood on the steep, angled roof under the shadow of the churches taller still bell tower. The cloaked figure turned to face Trinity, despite her ability to see through dark the cloak was just a black shadow she couldn't pierce. It raised a gloved fist, and released its grip to let something fall. Carried by a breeze apparently, it floated towards Trinity.

Jace quickly healed his wounds with a few touches of positive energy. He felt dazed and shook his head, trying to clear away the last of the hangover. The adrenaline rush was already fading and Jake was about to fall over. He hadn't exactly had a restful sleep last night and playing "catch the fireball" with a wild bear was tiring.

Koslun walked up to him curiously. "Your fighting style is strange."

Jace glanced over at him, raising an eyebrow. "Yes, well, I'm not exactly a normal member of the order. I know quite a bit of arcane magic," he explained.

Koslun shook his head and moved closer, looking at Jace strangely. "No, it's not that. The way you move...it's almost like you aren't really sure how that body works."

Jace froze and his eyes narrowed. "Foolish old man," he replied coldly, standing up and turning away. "Mind your own damned business." He strode into the forest, not able to look his charge in the eye.

As trinity caught the slip of paper the cloaked figure vanished, quite abruptly. Trinity shouted in frustration and fired her pistol where the figure once stood. All that chasing for it to just vanish? She felt cheated. Sitting at the hight of the Church roof she slumped down against the Bell tower and looked at the paper.
["Look Up"]
What was that supposed to mean? Trinity looked up. Cloudy sky, nothing much to see. The thing must be trying to mess with her. Sighing, she closed her eyes to try to picture her situation, what she should do. One thing certainly, she wasn't paid enough for the problem at hand.
She didn't have long to think however. She heard the bang of a door opening, then another, and another. She looked down at the Town below, people were exiting homes and running towards the church.
'what strange behavior'
She observed them for a few moments. But noted that the air started smelling like... rotten meat. She looked closer at they're distant faces. Decay. They were more "undead". Trinity felt her Core pulse wildly again, but she steadied herself. There were so many... They nearly filled the streets around the Church. Many were looking around rather frantically. Smelling the air as they searched. Trinity figured they were searching by scent for living flesh. They were in for a disappointment. For once in a long while, she was glad to be nonliving. It didn't last long, soon one of the walking corpses spotted her and let out a shriek before charging at the Churches wall. Dreadfully, it made almost pitiful attempts at climbing the wall. But the others were alerted, and started doing the same. Soon, they were crawling over each other, building in height as a mass of rotting bodies all trying to climb hight. Trinity felt a feeling of horror sink into her chest. She looked for a way out of the mess, but the Church was surrounded. She backed up away from the undead, they started to grab at the top of the roof, and her hand touched against the Bell tower. Hurriedly, she turned and climbed up its surface. It was a Clockwork bell, as most Churches in this domain carry. There was no way inside from it. The Undead started spilling out onto the roof, and clawed at the base of the metal tower she sat atop of. Its coppery cone shaped roof was mildly difficult to cling to, and she had to leave her climbing mode on.
The Undead pooled more slowly this time, amassing much slower as many fell off the roof, and there was a lot less undead at once to build up to her.
This was turning out to be a bad day.
