As I've been playing through Witcher 2, I remembered something I didn't manage to bring up in a "I'll build your character in GURPS" thread before it, sadly, died. Namely, if you were to run a campaign in Witcherverse using GURPS - a system I feel is well suited to it - how would you describe the iconic monster-hunting mutants? Obviously it'd be a template, but what advantages and disadvantages would it incur? Discuss.

Disadvantage: you're the author avatar of a middle-aged, balding writer. You shiver in dread whenever you realize it.

Roland from Dark Tower has the same disadvantage.

I don't remember the GURPS system with perfect clarity but:

Combat Reflexes.
Night Vision.
Slow Aging.
Sterility.
Immunity to Poison and Disease.
Social Stigma.
Other stuff.

And some way to approximate the Signs.

Witchers aren't immune to poison, just disease and bad effects of their potions (which would make a normal human at least feel really sick). They have overall greater resistance and heal faster than normal humans, though.
