More LA friendly Salamander?

So does anyone know where I could find a more level adjustment friendly Salamander? I think there may be one in savage species but I don't have acess to it. If there is one in another book or a decent enough homebrew I would be thankful.

Savage Species doesn't work that way. The Level Adjustments there are the same as in other books, once you take the 3.5 update into account anyway.
