PrC that turns spells to supernatural abilites?

I know that there is a PrC that lets you turn spells to supernatural abilities, but I forget it's name and sourcebook. Could somebody please tell me what this PrC was called and what sourcebook it's from?

No good. Unless I miss my guess, he's trying to turn his Locate City Soul Eater thing supernatural so that he can bypass SR with a low CL, but Locate City's casting time is too long to be turned supernatural by Dweomerkeeper.

You can Polymorph Any Object Cheese into a Phaerimm. They cast everything as Supernatural, though it might be Extraordinary.

A Shadowcaster Mysteries progresses from Spells to Supernatural. The Apprentice Mysteries become Su when you get access to the Greater Mysteries.

They cast spells as SLAs, actually.
