Favorite Polymorph Creatures

What are your favorite creatures to poly yourselves into? I'm looking for ideas for strong melee but that won't interfere with my spell casting. I was thinking of some type of giant maybe? Maybe a demon as I'm playing in an evil campaign. The possibilities are endless!

Also, what are some monsters that have good EX attacks?

On of my favorites is definitely pyro/cryo hydra but that's no casting.
